The Solis Berewick apartments are now open in Steele Creek, and developer Terwilliger Pappas said more than a quarter have been leased so far.
The 275-unit apartment community is part of the master-planned Berewick development. It’s located near Shopton Road West and Steele Creek Road, just south of Interstate 485. Steele Creek remains one of the fastest-growing parts of Charlotte, with new subdivisions sprouting up on land near the city’s airport and the Catawba River.
Solis Berewick includes studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Rents range from $985 for a 610 square-foot studio to $2,023 for the largest model, a 1,742 square-foot, two-bedroom apartment.
Amenities include a dog park and pet spa, a clubroom, gym, saltwater pool, outdoor grills and decorative sculpture.
“We are thrilled with the response of the market to Solis Berewick and the feedback that we are getting,” said Peter A. Pappas, chief executive officer of Charlotte-based Terwilliger Pappas, in a statement.
Nearby at Berewick Town Center, a Harris Teeter grocery store, restaurants and a hotel are under construction.
