As CEO of Terwilliger Pappas, Peter is a proven leader with undeniable results. While overseeing the broad and continual expansion of the company’s development activities, he has helped build Terwilliger Pappas into one of the most recognized multi-family brands in the Southeast.

His notable career, spanning nearly 40 years, includes leading the development of some of the Southeast’s most prominent communities. Peter has served on many boards including ULI, NCDOT, the Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Charlotte Chamber, the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center and the Charlotte Executive Leadership Council.
