Terwilliger Pappas Multifamily Partners provided a sneak peek on its 271-unit Solis North Gulch apartment community planned at 600 11th Ave. N. near downtown Nashville.
The Charlotte, N.C.-based developer also revealed new details on the $64 million project, which will rise next to the Capitol View mixed-use development off Charlotte Avenue.
Terwilliger Pappas said it is partnering with New York-based real estate investment manager Clarion Partners on the development with construction financing provided by Citizens Bank of Providence, R.I.
The five-story structure will be built over two levels of parking with the first apartments and amenities to be delivered by late 2017. Amenities will include a rooftop clubroom and terrace, a resort style pool, club-grade fitness center and a pet park.
“North Gulch is an incredible location and one that is going to be attractive to a wide range of residents,” said John Bell, city partner for Terwilliger Pappas. “The Gulch has always been a vibrant area, and it is exciting to see the commercial growth that is happening there.”
