Alan leads multifamily development for the Southeast Region and is responsible for all development activity throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Ohio.

Prior to his work at Terwilliger Pappas, Dean was a part of Trammell Crow Residential for 12 years. He spent his last six years as Senior Managing Director responsible for the Southeast Division and developed over $1B worth of multifamily projects.

He is an honor graduate from Wake Forest University and received his MBA from Georgia State University.
