Avery oversees development and design efforts for all projects in the Carolinas Region. Providing market research, planning, and technology, Avery assists the Carolinas senior leadership in finding the best sites and amenity packages for our residents.

Before joining Terwilliger Pappas, Avery worked for Linneman Associates where he contributed to the esteemed quarterly commercial real estate publication, The Linneman Letter, in Philadelphia. Avery also spent time with Resource Atlanta where he assisted in account management.

Avery is a graduate of Villanova University where he received his Bachelor’s in finance and marketing.
