Jeff manages the acquisition, design, and development of Terwilliger Pappas’ multifamily projects in the Charlotte market. A LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction, certified by the USGBC, Jeff’s professional experience includes the development of over 1,100 units of market rate, mixed income, and affordable housing.

During his 13-year tenure with WC Smith, a Washington, DC based privately held real estate firm, Jeff led the development and delivery of Class A residential and mixed-use projects, including 2 M Street NE, Skyland Town Center, Asheford Court and Park Chelsea Apartments.
