Lindsay has experience working in multifamily development, preconstruction, and architecture, where she has designed and managed the development of approximately 7,500 class-A apartment units in 14 markets. Throughout her career, Lindsay has contributed to the development of over $1.5B in the private sector.

Lindsay works with senior management and architects to develop plans for best-in-class multifamily communities to the Charlotte market. She is also responsible for managing risk and overseeing deliverables related to ground up development.

Lindsay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University, Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture (BA) with a minor in Landscape Architecture from Miami University, Oxford.
