Matt Murphy leads acquisitions for the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Charleston, SC markets.

Prior to joining Terwilliger Pappas, Matt managed several development projects throughout North Carolina for Alliance Residential.  Throughout his career, he has developed over 2,000 for rent apartment units in the Carolinas and Florida.

Matt is a graduate of North Carolina State University and earned his MISRE from Florida International University.
