Santiago oversees development and design efforts for all projects in the Atlanta and Nashville markets.

Before joining Terwilliger Pappas, Santiago worked for Bridge Investment Group where he was involved in the asset management of over 2 million square feet and acquisitions of over $100M of office assets throughout the Midwestern and Western United States.

Santiago is a graduate of Louisiana State University and earned his MBA from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business.
