Todd manages the development and construction process for multifamily and mixed-use projects in key Southeast Markets.

With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully executed construction projects in multiple facets of the industry.  Prior to joining Terwilliger Pappas, Todd served as Vice President at Westplan Investors, where he managed the development and construction of ground-up multifamily projects in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida.

He has a construction management from Georgia Southern University and received his MBA from Georgia State University.
