Immediately adjacent to the largest medical complex in the Carolinas, this setting offers easy access to major employers, thoroughfares and a broad array of recreational, shopping and entertainment amenities including Little Sugar Creek Greenway and Metropolitan all located within a few blocks and a short walk. 

Architecture for Solis Dilworth is consistent with its rich setting and its boutique style apartment marketing positioning. The community’s design concept includes a five-story building with 184 studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes surrounding a central courtyard and pool.
