The Indy is Terwilliger Pappas’s second student housing community developed for Kennesaw State University, Georgia’s third-largest university. It will be comprised of 543-beds and feature an exceptional amenity package.

KSU’s student population has grown at an average of 7% per year since 2002. KSU is ranked 2nd in the nation for the ratio of new students to new student beds. The Indy is uniquely positioned to take advantage of this boom in growth.
